SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days for transit and delivery.  If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return

Due to the nature of our products, returns/exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged upon receipt. 

 

You have 30 calendar days to return your item once you have received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please complete the Return/Exchange Form and mail product back to: 4212 Birch Colony Ct., Porter, TX 77365.

Refund/Exchanges

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund/exchange after we have inspected the item.

 

If your refund/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.  Exchanges will be mailed at no additional charge.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
